Confirming your delivery
After you place an order, keep the order reference shown on screen. We will contact you to confirm product availability, your delivery address, the delivery fee and the final amount. The displayed product subtotal does not include delivery. The delivery date is agreed during confirmation.
Changes, returns & assistance
If you need to change your selection or have a question about delivery or returns, please mention your order reference when we contact you. Keep the presentation box and packaging until you have checked your order, and retain photographs of any damage to help us understand the issue.
